PORFIX Products

We manufacture PORFIX P2-400, P2-440, P4-600, and P6-650 aerated concrete blocks for load-bearing masonry using silica sand, available in pero-drážka (tongue and groove system with recessed grips) or smooth (HL) finishes. They are characterized by excellent thermal insulation properties and ease of processing. PORFIX P2-500, P4-600, and P6-650 partition blocks are part of the basic PORFIX building system and are primarily intended for dividing interior layouts and for partition walls.

PORFIX AKU P20/1.8 lime-sand products are characterized by high compressive strength and excellent acoustic properties, making them the ideal choice for ensuring high-quality sound insulation between rooms. P15/1.4 products are lightweight, offering high strength and thermal capacity along with lower weight thanks to perforations. PORFIX AKU P20/1.8 split blocks serve as supplementary elements for masonry detailing. They are available in variants split lengthwise and heightwise, allowing for precise and efficient installation without the need for additional cutting.

PORFIX lintels are intended to span openings and penetrations in both load-bearing (perimeter and interior load-bearing masonry) and non-load-bearing masonry (partitions). We manufacture them in various dimensions; thanks to their modular design, they offer flexibility in addressing technically challenging details. The advantage is precise adaptation to the specifics of the building, both in terms of structural engineering and thermal-technical requirements.

Our product range also includes U-profiles, which serve as permanent formwork. They enable the construction of horizontal monolithic structures, such as ring beams and lintels, while maintaining a uniform (aerated concrete masonry) substrate beneath the plaster. When combined with reinforcement cages and concrete fill, you have a reliable load-bearing element with excellent performance characteristics.

PORFIX ceiling beams and inserts are an excellent solution for residential spaces with variable loads up to 2.0 kN/m². They create a lightweight yet sturdy structure, are easy to install, and their connection to PORFIX masonry is absolutely precise.

Dry mortar mixes, thin-bed adhesives, and the original PORFIX tool set enable precise and efficient masonry work with both aerated concrete and sand-lime blocks. All mixes and adhesives are designed to ensure a precise connection to the PORFIX system and compatibility with PORFIX AKU sand-lime masonry. Thanks to this system solution, you’ll achieve a level foundation, strong joints, and a uniform material character throughout the entire structure.
